The current building, designed by architect Ignacio Dorao and opened in 2006, replaced the original 1963 structure on the same site. Its glass facade, evoking the style of an early 20th-century train station, encloses 70 stalls across 1,680 square metres. The market opens Monday to Saturday from 9am to 2pm and is closed on Sundays.
