Municipal Markets in Malaga

Across Málaga's markets, you'll discover fresh fish and seafood (reflecting the city's coastal location), locally-grown fruits and vegetables, quality meats and charcuterie, artisan cheeses, and olives. Many markets also have cafes and prepared food stalls where you can enjoy a coffee or breakfast while shopping.

Visit in the morning, ideally before 10am, when markets are busiest and have the best selection. Most markets are open Monday to Saturday, closing by early afternoon. Bring reusable bags and cash, as some smaller stalls may not accept cards.
