Tuesday's street market runs from 8am to 2pm, while the convent market trades later on Saturdays, from 10am to 7pm. Bring cash, since card payment isn't guaranteed at every stall, and arrive by mid-morning for the best choice of produce and handicrafts. The Altea Craft Fair, the largest of the three with 20 stalls, sets up on select dates rather than a fixed weekly slot, so check before you go.
