The market opens at 8:30am Monday to Friday and 9am on Saturday. Closing is 2:15pm Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm on Friday and 2pm on Saturday, so every trading day here finishes by early afternoon and Sunday is closed. If you are shopping for fish, get there in the first couple of hours.
