The Mercado de Abastos is an indoor brick building located next to the historic Convent of the Mercy nuns. It opens Tuesday to Saturday from early morning and stocks fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, seafood, meat and dairy. Most stalls accept cash and contactless payments.
