The day you pick matters less here than the hour. With all three markets trading every night, there is no single market day to work a trip around, and the choice is really between arriving at 7pm when the stalls have just finished setting up or drifting through later, when the 1am close leaves plenty of room for a slow browse after dinner. Nights in the middle of the week are as well served as the weekend, since the count does not change from Monday to Sunday.
