Most of the municipal markets cluster around the city centre, an easy base if you want to be within walking distance of Collblanc and Sant Feliu before the stalls open around 8am. The Centre area keeps you close to the markets and connected by metro into Barcelona, while Gran Via is a good alternative with its own transport links if you'd rather stay a little further out. Markets wind down by early afternoon and most close altogether on Sunday, so plan a morning visit rather than a weekend lie-in.
