Gandeiro Sarria Livestock Market

The Campo da Feira site has hosted livestock fairs since the 14th century. The current market continues that tradition with regular morning sessions for cattle trading. Monthly fair days on the 6th, 20th, and 27th of each month draw more traders from across the surrounding area, and during those dates you can often find pulpo á feira and other traditional Galician food at stalls near the fairground.
