Updated 25 November 2025 Verified information

Weekly Tuesday street market with around 30 stalls in the medieval Pyrenees town of Aínsa. Local honey, cheese, fresh produce and handicrafts from 9am to 2pm.

Aínsa Market sets up every Tuesday from 9am to 2pm at the Cinca River Parking area in Aínsa-Sobrarbe, Huesca. Around 30 stalls line the parking area below one of Spain's best-preserved medieval towns, selling a mix of fresh produce, local specialities and everyday goods. The market is cash-only, so bring enough with you. Get there early for the best selection, as stalls start packing up well before closing time.

Aínsa sits at the meeting point of the Cinca and Ara rivers in the Sobrarbe valley, and the market reflects its Pyrenees setting. Stallholders from the surrounding comarca bring mountain honey, artisan cheese, olive oil and wine alongside seasonal fruit and vegetables that you won't find in the supermarket chains further south.

What you'll find

The produce side of the market covers fresh fruit, vegetables, bread and bakery items, cheese and dairy, local honey, olive oil, nuts, dried fruits, and herbs and spices. Much of it comes from small producers in the surrounding valleys.

The non-food stalls sell clothing, footwear, leather goods, flowers and plants, and handmade handicrafts. It's a compact market, so you can browse the full 30 stalls comfortably within an hour.
