Altzaga is a very small village in Biscay, so accommodation options within the village itself are extremely limited. Your best bet is to stay in nearby Bilbao, where you'll find plenty of hotels and easy access by road, or look at options in the surrounding Duranguesado area. Duranguesado makes a practical base if you want to stay closer to the village.
