Where to stay in Astrabudua
Astrabudua is a small industrial town on the edge of Bilbao, so your best bet is to stay in nearby Bilbao itself, where you'll have far more options and easy access by metro or bus. Casco Viejo puts you close to great food and transport links, while Abando is a central, well-connected neighbourhood with plenty of mid-range and business hotels.
If you'd prefer to be closer to the Bilbao estuary side of things, Deusto is a short ride from Astrabudua and has a more relaxed, local feel.

Street markets in Astrabudua
The Astrabudua Friday Market is the largest of the two, with 50 outdoor stalls selling clothing, footwear, and handicrafts. It runs weekly and is the main reference point for anyone looking to shop locally without travelling into the city centre.
The Pancorbo Street Market is the second weekly option in the area, also outdoors and stocked with clothing, footwear, and handicrafts. Exact stall numbers are not confirmed, but it follows the same weekly rhythm as the Friday market.
For more markets in the surrounding area, Erandio has its own weekly offer within the same municipality. You can find broader listings across the province on our Biscay markets page, or use our markets near me tool to check what is on nearby.
