Ingenio is a small town, so most visitors find it easiest to stay in Town Centre, where you're within easy reach of the local markets and main amenities. If you'd prefer more options and a bit more buzz, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is just a short drive away and has a much wider choice of accommodation.
For a comfortable base closer to Ingenio itself, look into smaller rural hotels and apartments in the surrounding area, which tend to be good value and give you a quieter stay while keeping the markets easy to reach by car.

The largest market in town is Feria KM.0 Gran Canaria, held in Ingenio with around 50 stalls dedicated to organic produce, fresh fruit, and fresh vegetables. The KM.0 concept emphasises short supply chains, so most goods come directly from farms within the island.
