Alcazar de San Juan is a compact town, so staying central puts you close to everything. The Town Centre is your best bet, with easy walking access to the market squares and the old town streets.

It does the job a grocery store does elsewhere, under one roof: fruit and vegetables from the surrounding plains, meat and poultry, fish and seafood, bread and bakery, and cheese and dairy including local Manchego.
