Canet de Mar is small enough to walk end to end, so anywhere central puts the markets within reach. Town Centre is the most practical base, with the markets, beach and transport links all a short walk away.

The town has one municipal market, the Canet de Mar Farmers Market, which runs on Saturday mornings on Riera Gavarra. It is small, around five stalls under cover, and the produce comes from growers across the Maresme and Vallès: fruit, vegetables, organic lines, honey and olive oil.
