Almenara Municipal Market

Signposted locally as the Mercado Municipal de Almenara, the hall trades entirely under cover, so all 25 stalls keep the same hours whatever the weather outside. The stalls cover the full range of fresh staples: fruit and vegetables from the surrounding farmland, meat and poultry, fish and seafood, cheese and dairy, and bread from local bakeries. There's a food court inside the hall where you can grab a coffee or a quick meal while you shop. Cash, contactless, and mobile payments are all accepted.

Almenara is a small town, so accommodation options are limited locally. Staying in Town Centre puts you close to the market and within easy reach of the main square. If you want more choice, the nearby coastal town of Sagunto or Castellón de la Plana have plenty of hotels and are just a short drive away.
