Flower Market

Mercado de las Flores operates every Sunday morning in Arenal Park, located less than 200 meters from Bilbao's City Hall. The market runs from 9am until around 3pm in the Tinglado Grande pavilion.

Around 15 local producers sell flowers and plants they grow and harvest directly from their own gardens. You'll find fresh flower bouquets, potted plants, centerpieces, and various floral arrangements across up to 16 stalls.

This traditional market creates a connection to nature right in Bilbao's urban center. The combination of colors and scents makes it popular with both locals who visit every Sunday and tourists exploring the city.

Stall assignments are determined by lottery to ensure fair competition among vendors. The market may be suspended during Aste Nagusia, Bilbao's main festival week.
