La Carolina Municipal Market

The Mercado Municipal de La Carolina operates from a permanent covered building in the town centre, six days a week. Being indoors, it stays comfortable to shop year-round regardless of the Andalusian heat.

Stalls carry the full range of fresh food: seasonal fruit and vegetables, meat and poultry, fish and seafood, cheese and dairy, and freshly baked bread. Payment is by cash. The market is wheelchair accessible.
