Markets in Garrucha
Almeria, Andalusia
Garrucha market takes place every Friday morning along Paseo del Malecon, right on the waterfront of this small fishing town in Almería province. With around 30 stalls set up from 8am to 2pm, it's a compact but popular stop for locals and visitors staying along the coast.
Garrucha sits between Mojácar and Vera on the Levante Almeriense coast. The town is best known for its red prawns (gambas rojas), auctioned daily at the fishing port just a short walk from the market area. Friday market day draws shoppers from nearby towns across the Almería province.
If Friday doesn't work for your schedule, check out markets near me to find other market days along the coast.
