Motril Municipal Market

The hall is fully enclosed, so the market works as well in an August heatwave as on a wet January morning. Twenty-five stalls is a size you can walk in a few minutes, which makes it easy to compare two or three fishmongers before buying. It is a food hall for the people who live in Motril rather than a tourist attraction, which is why the busiest stretch is mid-morning on Saturday, when the week's shopping gets done.
