Massive Sunday rastro with over 400 stalls in La Nucia's industrial estate. One of the biggest flea markets on the Costa Blanca.

La Nucia Rastro Market is one of the largest flea markets on the Costa Blanca, setting up every Sunday from 8am to 2pm in the Polígono Industrial l'Alberca on the edge of La Nucia. With over 400 stalls, it draws buyers from across Alicante province. Bring cash, since the stalls here take nothing else, and come early for both the best finds and a close parking space.

What you'll find at La Nucia Rastro Market

Clothing and textiles take up much of the rastro, alongside footwear and leather goods, handicrafts, and stalls of secondhand books and magazines. Vinyl, tools and household oddments turn up between them, which is what separates this from the ordinary street markets in La Nucia. The site is wheelchair accessible.

Where to stay in La Nucia

La Nucia is a small inland town, so your best bet is staying close to the centre where you'll be within easy reach of the Rastro market. Try Town Centre for a convenient base, or look at options in Polop just up the road if you want a quieter hillside setting.

What day is La Nucia Rastro?

La Nucia Rastro Market runs every Sunday from 8am to 2pm, year round, and does not set up on any other day of the week. It fills the streets of the Polígono Industrial l'Alberca on the edge of town, and traders begin packing away before the 2pm finish, so the last hour is a thinner market than the first.

Does La Nucia Rastro take cards?

No, La Nucia Rastro Market is cash only, and there is no cash machine on the industrial estate where it sets up. Draw money out in La Nucia town centre before you drive over. Small notes and coins are worth having, since a trader selling a two euro paperback rarely has change for fifty.

How many stalls does La Nucia Rastro have?

La Nucia Rastro Market has over 400 stalls, which makes it one of the largest rastros in the Valencian Community. They spread along the streets of the Polígono Industrial l'Alberca rather than filling a single square, so allow a couple of hours to walk the whole thing and wear comfortable shoes.

Is there parking at La Nucia Rastro?

Parking at La Nucia Rastro Market is free, in the streets around the industrial estate, but the closest spaces are taken by mid morning. Arrive before 9am to park near the entrance. After 10am, expect a walk of several minutes from wherever you leave the car back to the first stalls.
