El Cisne Flea Market

The market runs three days a week, and the 9am to 2pm window is the same on each of them. The address, number 124 on Avenida de la Comunitat Valenciana, sits inland from the hotel strip, and everything trades in the open air with no indoor hall. Trading is organised by Cisne Antic.

Antiques are the backbone of the market: furniture, decorative pieces and the small odds and ends that reward a second lap of the stalls. Clothing and textiles take up another block of pitches, with vintage garments, fabrics and accessories, and the jewellery stalls sit beside them.

Books and magazines fill several more tables, the place to look for out-of-print titles and old Spanish periodicals. With 80 stalls to work through, arriving nearer 9am than 2pm gives you the run of the antiques.
