Dénia Weekly Street Market

The market is weekly, and the two days do not rotate: Monday and Friday, 8am to 2pm on both. It is entirely open air, set out on the street rather than under a roof, so there is no shelter from sun or rain. Stalls take cash only. The pitch is at street level and the market is recorded as wheelchair accessible.

Three groups of goods: clothing and textiles, jewellery, and handicrafts. There is no food recorded here, so this is somewhere to shop for clothes, a bracelet or a gift rather than to fill a basket. For the town's indoor mercado instead, see the municipal markets in Dénia.

Staying in the old town or along the seafront puts you close to the market. Dénia Old Town is a great base if you want to explore on foot, while Las Marinas suits those who prefer to be near the beach with easy access to the centre.

The market is on Calle Magallanes, 03700 Dénia, in Alicante province, within walking distance of the centre of town. The stalls occupy the street itself while the market is running, from 8am until 2pm on the Monday and the Friday.
